We’ve created this guide to explain our booking procedure so you will know what happens when. You might also find our Frequently Asked Questions section useful.
When you book with us, you will be sent an email confirming the property booked and the start and end dates of the booking. In the process of booking, you will be asked to agree both the T&C’s and Cancellation Policy – we’ll also ask if you’d like to receive marketing emails from us here at Serviced Short Stays.
In your confirmation email, we will ask you to to re-confirm your mobile phone number and email address so we can keep in touch with you about your booking.
Also in this email is a link to to electronically sign the House Rules for the property you have booked.
No payment is taken at this point.
30 days prior to arrival
Payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, as per the cancellation policy.
14 days prior to arrival
14 Days prior to your arrival you will receive an email with access information which contains the following:
Access information for the properties
The access information is sent to you in both email and text message prior to arrival. This includes:
- Code to the Masterlock and any relevant key codes.
- Full address.
- WiFi name and password.
- Any other check in and out information, including times.
- Parking information.
- Links to youtube videos about enhance their stay.
Day before arrival
1 day prior to arrival the above email will be sent again as well as a text message to your mobile phone with the following information:
- Check in time
- Code to the Masterlock and any relevant key codes.
- Full address.
- WiFi name and password.
