Is there parking nearby?
- Viking View and Bay View in Broadstairs
- There are 27 parking spaces in Victoria Parade and Chandos Square has 31 spaces. Charges can be paid at the Pay & Display machine or over the phone/internet using RingGo. Parking costs are seasonal.
- There is free parking approximately 7 minutes walk away in the following roads; Dumpton Park Drive, West Cliff Road, West Cliff Avenue and Eastern Esplanade.
- Willow Corner in Ramsgate
- There is one parking space available at the property.
- Primrose Corner in Ramsgate
- There is free street parking outside the property.
- Highview Court in Luton
- Luton Station Multistorey Car Park is 5 minutes walk away.
- St. Malo House
- There is one dedicated parking space, with more parking available outside of the property.
Are properties near train stations?
Properties in Kent:
The HS1 service runs from London St Pancras International to Kent. The average journey time between Broadstairs or Ramsgate is 1 hour 33 minutes . On an average weekday, there are 57 trains travelling from London St Pancras International to Thanet. The journey time may be longer on weekends and holidays.

Stevenage Station runs directly into Kings Cross, London. The average journey time between Stevenage and London Kings Cross is 44 minutes . On an average weekday, there are 96 trains travelling from Stevenage to London Kings Cross. Trains also run as far north as Aberdeen and Inverness.

Is tea and coffee provided?
We provide a guest box that has some tea, coffee, milk, jam and where necessary a few dishwasher tablets.
We also leave hand soap, washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, a new sponge cloth and a scourer.
Do you provide linens?
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests will need to provide their own towels for the beach at our seaside properties though – in many cases our properties have a washing machine if you need it.
BABY COT :
A travel cot is available on request, although no linens or bedding is provided for it.
Can we check-in early/check-out late?
Sometimes this is available but you will need to call Serviced Short Stays on 0800 246 1988 to check before arrival. If it is possible, early check-in and late check-out is charged at an additional £20.
ACCESS INFORMATION:
Access codes to the property will be provided 14 days prior to arrival by email, then again 1 day prior to arrival by both email and text message, once the House Rules are signed.
WASTE BINS

- All rubbish should be bagged and taken to the bins at either end of Chandos Square.
- Willow Corner and Primrose Corner
- Waste and recycling bins are located near the main door .
- High View Court
- There is a bin store located in the car park.
- St. Malo House
- There are rubbish and recycling bins located in the entrance to Francis Court.
